Everything you need to apply, in order of priority. Exact requirements vary by university — always confirm on the university's own page.
Some universities ask for a notarised Turkish translation at the application stage.

With a notarised Turkish translation. The basis of your application.
Put in the country that issued it. Required for denklik.
Required for denklik; college graduates add report cards for every year of study. Translations are needed if you get denklik in Türkiye — some consulates abroad (e.g. in Russia) accept them without.
Proof you lived in the country where you studied — e.g. entry/exit stamps in your passport. Required for denklik.
Required at official enrolment; usually not needed when you apply.
IELTS/TOEFL or TÖMER. Without one you usually take the university's own test or a prep year.
TR-YÖS or SAT — only if the university admits by exam. Usually not needed for paid admission on your diploma.
If you won't turn 18 within 2–3 months of arriving, the student residence permit needs an additional set of documents.
The school diploma does. Other documents may need notarised copies or sworn translations depending on the university and your country. Check each university's list.
Plan 1–2 months overall. The apostille and diploma equivalence (denklik) are the longest parts; exam preparation, if needed, adds another 2–4 months.
